Our restaurant partners play a unique role in the CBA reef restoration program. Each week the kitchen staff set aside special bins of shucked oyster shells for CBA. 2-3 times a week the shells are collected and transported to the CBA campus in South Walton, where they dry in the sun for 3-6 months. Once dried, they are ready to become a brand new reef!
