Our restaurant partners play a unique role in the CBA reef restoration program. Each week, kitchen staff set aside special bins of shucked oyster shells for CBA. Two to three times a week, the shells are collected and transported to the CBA campus in South Walton. There, they dry in the sun for 3-6 months. Once dried, they are ready to become a brand new reef!
