On Saturday,  April 16th, Destin-Fort Walton Beach Coastal Resources Team will lead volunteers to assist with dune stabilization by planting 200,000 sea oats across Okaloosa Island beach dunes.

Volunteers will meet up at 7 AM to sign a waiver and pick up sea oats to transport to the assigned beach accessway where team leaders will be stationed to offer instruction and assistance. Equipment will be provided, but volunteers are asked to bring water, sunscreen, and gloves.
