Jay Griffo

Spending his life on the beach, the coast has always been a meaningful part of Jay’s story. From an early age, he developed a deep appreciation for coastal environments and a passion for environmental stewardship, and he is proud to be building a career rooted in conservation. Jay will graduate from the University of West Florida in May 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies and a minor in Environmental Sustainability. Jay joined the CBA team in September 2025 as an Ecology Technician and has loved being part of a passionate, collaborative team as well as the meaningful work they do. Outside of work, Jay enjoys going to rock concerts, gaming, reading, and relaxing with his cats.
