Mark Shaeffer

Mark Shaeffer is a professional engineer currently serving as the Utilities Director for the City of Panama City Beach.  As a long-term resident of both Okaloosa and Walton counties, Mark has spent countless hours on the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf fishing. Choctawhatchee Bay has and continues to add to Mark’s life in so many ways, he wishes to help preserve it to benefit the quality of life of others.
